We are very sorry to have to let you know that there has been something of a disaster with our reindeer.
Because of the massive global warming/climate change the tundra on which the reindeer feed has been devastated. Consequently we are unable to use our reindeer to make deliveries of Christmas trees to you this year.

We apologise for not being able to deliver trees this year but things like global warming are beyond our control.

We have been assured that Santa is NOT in the same predicament that we find ourselves in and that he will be making deliveries as usual this year.
